Reviews and Ratings
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were very large, comfortable, and well-furnished, providing a super comfortable and clean stay. However, finding them was a bit of a hassle with poor marking. The location was great, close to key spots, yet lacking some cooking utensils. The service was top-notch with overly friendly staff, although the dining options were a bit sporadic.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly and professional staff made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and clean, and the delicious food in the restaurant truly impressed me. The hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city easily.
The hotel has quite large rooms with tea and coffee facilities, but they are badly designed. The breakfast range is huge. The location is fantastic, close to St Wenceslas Square, but not very accessible from the main train station. Dining offers a variety, but the quality is not up to 4-star standards.
The hotel offers large and clean rooms with a passage reception area, bathroom, and bedroom all included, making for a very happy stay until past 1 am. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Anastasia who was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is prime, close to all the center attractions yet away from the tourist 'hustle bustle'. The dining options were lovely, although slightly lacking in variety for a 4-star hotel. The facilities were convenient and well-kept, enhancing the overall experience.
The hotel offers a unique suite-like experience with spacious accommodations under the roof, featuring two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and private terraces. While the living room sofa appeared worn-out, the service was exceptional and the location superb. However, the room lacked international TV channels and had bare furniture.
